Making Your First Visit Easy

Bring your own shorts and comfortable clothing to move in, plus a bath towel — along with any referral, X-rays or medical reports, and a list of your medication.

Wear loose-fitting clothing that lets you move freely. Depending on the area being treated, we may need clear access to the joint and surrounding muscles.

No doctor’s referral is needed to book with us, and while we don’t claim directly from medical aid, we charge medical-aid rates and invoice you to claim back.
