Meet the Team

Expert Care from Practitioners Who Listen

Our team of dedicated physiotherapists — Mariska, Tara and Altus — brings a wealth of hands-on experience and compassionate care to every session. All are registered with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) and the SASP (South African Society of Physiotherapy).

What they share is a way of working: listen first, treat the whole person rather than the diagnosis, and build a plan you can actually carry out between visits.

Mariska Odendaal

Mariska Odendaal

Founder & Practice Director

A seasoned physiotherapist and the visionary behind our practice, bringing over a decade of clinical expertise to healthcare management, staff mentorship and evidence-based patient care.

The Director’s Journey

A Hoërskool Linden alumna with deep local roots, Mariska graduated from Wits University (2012) and specialised in private practice, working with numerous sporting teams and individuals. She founded her practice in 2015 and grew it into a trusted local healthcare hub. As a mother of two, she designs a practice that respects the busy lives of modern families.

Advanced Training

  • Post-graduate Pain Management (Train Pain Society), PGAP & Orthopaedic Manipulative / Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Therapy
  • Certified in Dry Needling, BPPV (vertigo) management, upper- & lower-quarter rehabilitation, kinesio-taping and strapping

Mariska currently does not treat patients — instead, her post-graduate training informs every treatment framework and staff-education decision, cultivating a culture of empathy, biomechanical accuracy and meaningful patient relationships.
