What to Bring & Wear

Bring: your own shorts and comfortable clothing to move in, plus a bath towel. Bring any referral, X-rays or medical reports relevant to your condition, and a list of medication you’re taking.

Wear: comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that lets you move freely. Depending on the area treated, we may need clear access to the joint and surrounding muscles. For women, please wear a normal bra rather than a sports bra.
